He plays a key role in making you feel that you\u2019re in good hands with us, because in his role as Head of Clients he is in charge of overall client services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to his co-founding of Globalance Bank, Urs Landolt was a member of the Executive Committee at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.robeco.com\/en-int\/about-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SAM Group<\/a>&nbsp;and bore ultimate responsibility for the servicing of institutional clients. He personally engineered the successful expansion of that company\u2019s client base in the Mideast, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore. In each of those countries, he assisted and advised the largest financial institutions in matters pertaining to sustainable investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But Urs Landolt\u2019s wealth of experience is far more extensive: he was CEO of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.juliusbaer.com\/ch\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Julius B\u00e4r<\/a>&nbsp;Asset Management Ltd. and held various management positions at<a href=\"https:\/\/www.credit-suisse.com\/global\/en.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;Credit Suisse<\/a>, among others in Tokyo and London. As Managing Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management, he was responsible for the company\u2019s business activities in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Urs Landolt is a federally certified banking expert and completed the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme in Fontainebleau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201eMy family and I lived in Japan for five years \u2013 five years that shaped me in many ways.
