Making internal front-office processes always client-friendly and smart is a major concern for her. She supports the management and the client advisors in their day-to-day business and makes a significant contribution to ensuring that clients\u2019 enquiries and requests are carried out to their complete satisfaction.<br><br>After completing her apprenticeship with a vocational baccalaureate at Credit Suisse, she was accepted into the \u201cJunior Talent\u201d programme, with which the bank selected the 20 best graduates in Switzerland. Before joining Globalance Bank in April 2020, she held various positions in private banking for 10 years at Credit Suisse and two years at UBS, most recently as team leader of a team of assistants in the area for external asset managers. She has also received a certificate from the Swiss Bankers Association as a practical trainer for apprentices and high school graduates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201eGlobalance Bank enables me to reconcile my professional ambitions and private needs. It is one of the youngest Swiss banks and holds several major awards \u2013 which makes me proud as an employee. The topics of sustainability and future orientation are particularly close to my heart as a mother and banker.
